研究了腐蚀预损伤和盐水腐蚀环境对7XXX铝合金疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:腐蚀预损伤和盐水环境对7XXX铝合金疲劳性能的影响较为显著。在试验室空气环境和盐水环境下预腐蚀48 h,试样的疲劳极限比未腐蚀试样的疲劳极限分别下降了2.5%和6.4%。对于未腐蚀试样和预腐蚀48 h试样,盐水环境下的疲劳极限比试验室空气环境下的疲劳极限分别下降了19.2%和22.4%。
The effects of pre-corrosion damage and brine corrosion on the fatigue properties of 7XXX aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that the corrosion pre-damage and brine environment affect the fatigue properties of 7XXX aluminum alloy significantly. In the laboratory air environment and salt water pre-corrosion environment 48 h, the fatigue limit of the sample than the non-corrosive fatigue limit decreased by 2.5% and 6.4%. For non-corrosive samples and pre-eroded samples for 48 h, the fatigue limit under salt water environment decreased by 19.2% and 22.4% respectively compared with the fatigue limit under laboratory air environment.
