目的探讨△Np63(p40)和p63在前列腺各种病变基底细胞中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化En Vision法检测良性前列腺增生症、单纯性萎缩、前列腺基底细胞增生、腺病、高级别前列腺上皮内瘤变和前列腺癌中△Np63(p40)和p63的表达。结果细针穿刺活检标本中,p40和p63均表达于所有良性前列腺病变中的基底细胞,p40与p63的表达分布基本一致,但p40染色略强于p63。TURP标本中,p40与p63在所有良性前列腺病变中的基底细胞表达,表达模式与表达强度与细针穿刺活检标本相同。20例前列腺癌中,p40和p63表达均阴性。结论△Np63(p40)也是一种很好的前列腺基底细胞标记物,可与p63联合应用于前列腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression of △ Np63 (p40) and p63 in basal cells of various prostatic diseases. Methods The expression of △ Np63 (p40) and p63 in benign prostatic hyperplasia, simple atrophy, prostatic basal cell hyperplasia, adenosis, high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia and prostatic carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry En Vision method. Results In fine needle aspiration biopsy specimens, both p40 and p63 were expressed in basal cells in all benign prostatic lesions. The expression profiles of p40 and p63 were basically the same, but p40 staining was slightly stronger than p63. In TURP specimens, p40 and p63 are expressed in basal cells of all benign prostatic lesions, and the expression pattern and expression intensity are the same as those of fine needle aspiration biopsy specimens. In 20 cases of prostate cancer, p40 and p63 expression were negative. Conclusion △ Np63 (p40) is also a good prostatic basal cell marker, which can be used in combination with p63 in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostate cancer.
