采用ELISA双抗夹心法测定35例紫癜性肾炎患儿血清IL－8和IL－6含量，结果，IL－8和IL－6水平显著高于对照组（P＜0．01），且其离散度大于正常对照组。
Serum levels of IL-8 and IL-6 in 35 children with purpura nephritis were determined by ELISA. The results showed that the levels of IL-8 and IL-6 were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01) Degree greater than the normal control group.
