最近研究结果表明,无毒剂量雷公藤多甙(GTW)在雄性大鼠有确切的可逆性抗生育作用,而临床应用GTW于治疗类风湿关节炎及某些皮肤病时发现2%左右病人的白细胞可降至3000/mm~3以下。至于GTW是否影响大鼠血常规、骨髓和肝细胞微粒出现率迄今未见报道。本文目的在于探讨抗生育剂量GTW对SD大鼠上述三项指标的影响。材料和方法
Recent studies have shown that non-toxic doses of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides (GTW) in male rats have reversible anti-fertility effects, and clinical application of GTW in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and some skin diseases found that about 2% of patients White blood cells can be reduced to 3000 / mm ~ 3 or less. As to whether GTW affects rat blood routine, the incidence of bone marrow and hepatocyte particles has not been reported so far.
