平躺、左侧卧、右侧卧……不同人有各自习惯的睡姿。其实,患有不同病症时,采用恰当的睡姿还可减缓疼痛或促进康复,但要“治本”还应接受专业治疗。以下是几种常见疾病的推荐睡姿:1.冠心病:这类患者朝右睡或平躺可使较多血液流向右侧,减轻心脏负担。2.轻度心力衰竭:一般采取右侧卧,可把头部适当垫高,可减少对心脏的负担,也使呼吸畅通些。如果平躺,则要避免误吸。严重心衰患者,须高枕卧位。3.高血压:因睡眠呼吸暂停综合征引起的高血压,不主张仰卧,侧卧较好(如图1)。
