过去我厂所用曲线形钢筋是靠手工加工成型,劳动强度大,生产效率低,质量不好,不利于一些新型构件(如非预应力鱼腹式吊车梁)的推广,并影响某些重要构筑物(如圆筒仓)的施工进度。在无产阶级文化大革命的推动下,我队操作工积极动脑筋,反复搞试验,自己解放自己,终于创造了曲线形钢筋的机械成型法(图1),为大规模生产非预应力鱼腹式吊车梁创造了条件。这种方法简单,利用我厂原有加工φ6~φ40钢筋的弯曲机(我厂弯曲机系北京人民机器厂生产),在不改变原机结构的情况下,增加几个简单的部件,就可实现曲线形钢筋加工过程的机械化。
In the past, the curved steel bars used in our factory were formed by manual processing, which resulted in high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and poor quality, which was not conducive to the promotion of some new types of components (such as non-prestressed fish-bell type crane beams) and affected some important structures. (Such as a cylindrical warehouse) construction progress. With the promotion of the proletarian cultural revolution, our team’s operators have been actively using their brains to experiment repeatedly to liberate themselves, and finally created a mechanical forming method for curved steel bars (Figure 1) to mass produce non-prestressed fish belly. Crane beams create the conditions. This method is simple, using the original bending machine of φ6~φ40 rebar (Our factory bending machine is produced by Beijing People’s Machine Factory) in our factory. Without changing the structure of the original machine, we can add a few simple parts to it. Realize the mechanization of the curved rebar machining process.
