对我院自制制剂“心缓康”胶囊抗缓慢型心律失常作用进行了试验,结果表明心缓康胶囊200～400mg/kg体重剂量ig小鼠,一日一次,连续给药7天,能明显延长小鼠耐缺氧时间,并能预防地尔硫(艹卓)引起的缓慢型心律失常,提高小鼠心率,使小鼠死亡率明显低于溶媒对照组,心缓康胶囊400～800mg/kg体重剂量一次ig大鼠,对可乐定引起的缓慢型心律失常有明显的治疗作用,可使大鼠 心率提高,心率每搏间变异系数减少,房室传导阻滞发生率明显低于对照组。
