本文观察到四氧嘧啶所致的糖尿病小鼠CFU-GM 产率降低,胰岛素治疗可使之部分恢复。胰岛素能直接提高扩散盒及体外培养中CFU-GM 产率,其在体外的作用与浓度有一定关系。在一定范围内高葡萄糖浓度可促进体外培养中CFU-GM 产率。
This article observed that alloxan-induced diabetic mice CFU-GM yield decreased, insulin treatment can make it partially recovered. Insulin can directly increase the yield of CFU-GM in diffusion cassettes and in vitro cultures, and its effect in vitro is related to the concentration. Within a certain range of high glucose concentration can promote the CFU-GM yield in vitro culture.
