A set of semi-insulating semiconductor photoconductivity (PC) and optical Hall-effect (PH) test systems was developed. The system was used to measure the photoconductivity at room temperature and 77K for various types of single crystals of SI-GaAs and the room temperature optical Hall effect of typical samples.
