本文使用“博生癌宁透皮药贴”治疗各种恶性肿瘤患者化疗后白细胞下降以及癌肿引起的疼痛共计119例，采用随机分组的方法进行观察。结果观察组对化疗后患者白细胞下降以及临床症状改善总有效率93．26％，与对照组比较P＜0．05；观察组疼痛指数治疗前后差异非常显著（P＜0．01）。进一步说明了中医内病外治的理论的科学性，弥补了化疗后病人因消化道反应而不能内服药物之不足，显示了中药局部治疗的优势。
In this paper, “Bangsheng Ning Transdermal Patch” was used to treat 119 cases of leukopenia and cancer pain after chemotherapy in patients with various malignant tumors. Randomized grouping was used for observation. Results The total effective rate of the leukopenia and clinical symptoms in the observation group was 93.26% in the observation group, and P<0.05 compared with the control group. The pain index in the observation group had significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01). It further explained the scientific nature of the theory of external treatment of internal diseases in Chinese medicine, and made up for the inadequacy of the patient’s inability to take internal medicine due to digestive tract reactions after chemotherapy, indicating the advantages of topical treatment of Chinese medicine.
