螺栓应力幅的大小直接关系到螺栓的疲劳寿命。本文借助数值有限元方法,分析大型水泵水轮机顶盖与座环双法兰联接结构中外载荷的分配,以及被联接件和联接件刚度对载荷分配的影响,并使用变量化参数化方法分析顶盖和联接螺栓结构参数对螺栓应力幅的影响,找出影响螺栓应力幅的关键结构参数,对大型水泵水轮机顶盖与座环联接结构设计提供参考和借鉴。
The size of the bolt stress is directly related to the fatigue life of the bolt. In this paper, the numerical finite element method is used to analyze the distribution of external loads in the double-flange connection structure between the top flange and the seat ring of the large-scale pump turbine as well as the influence of the stiffness of the coupling and the coupling on the load distribution.
