心肌闪烁造影是利用放射性核素~(201)鉈、~(99m)锝具有选择性的摄影,使心肌显像。~(201)鉈从生物学及物理学的特性来看,是目前最佳的心肌显像核素,广泛用于缺血性心脏病的诊断。尤其是运动负荷~(201)鉈心肌闪烁造影。由于~(201)鉈的再分布,使缺血区显像,对于一过性缺血区也有可能显示出来,这对于诊断缺血性心脏病比心电图运动负荷试验,具有高度的准确性。此种检查方法不必应用测功计和脚踏车,出现peak stress时将1.5~3毫居里的~(201)TI快速静注
