采用不同的插穗长度、取穗部位及扦插基质等处理方法,进行了中国沙棘扦插育苗试验,以研究对其成活率的影响。结果表明:以插穗长度为16-20cm,取中上部位的枝条作插穗,育苗基质配比为大田土:泥炭:沙子=7:3:4的中国沙棘扦插育苗成活率较高。
Using different cuttings length, ear parts and cuttings matrix treatment methods, the Chinese seabuckthorn cuttage seedling trials to study the impact on the survival rate. The results showed that the survival rate of cuttage seedlings of Chinese seabuckthorn was the highest with cuttings length of 16-20cm and branches of mid-upper part of cuttings taken as cuttings. The ratio of nursery substrate to field soil: peat: sand = 7: 3: 4 was higher.
