一般在R样板的测量中,通常只注意了R大小的测量,而忽略了R的圆心位置测定。但是有些R样板,特别是有夫流体的机器和仪表中使用的R样板,其圆心的位置对减小流体蜗流现象,是一个很重要的位置参数,故不应不考虑测定它。要测量圆弧R的圆心也是比较困难的,它一般是不能直接测得。通过摸索,我们在万能工具显微镜上,采用坐标解析方法进行数据处理求得。这样既能测得R的圆心,又能测出R值的大小,精度是较高的。
