对于教学工作来说,高考试题可不可以成为一根指挥棒?我看不但可以,而且应该。如果把我们的教学改革比作是一支宏伟的交响乐,那么国家级的考核或测试,理当成为一根使全体乐队队员专注于统一目标的指挥棒。问题不在于它该不该充当指挥棒,而在于这根棒指挥的是不是得当,它所指示的是不是正确的方向。事实上,我们的教师同志,每年高考一过,也总要认真地来研究高考试题,有人把这叫做“窥测方向”。这样做对不对?需要不需要?我认为做得对,也完全需要。问题也不在于该不该“窥测”,而在于“窥测”的是题面形式还是试题所体现的关于教学改革的基本指导思想。以上对高考“指挥棒”的一点认识,是我下面讨论今年高考作文试题的一个基本出发点。
For the teaching work, can the high test question be a baton? I can’t but can, and should. If we compare our teaching reforms to a grand symphony, then the national assessment or testing should be a baton that will allow all band members to focus on a unified goal. The problem is not whether it should act as a baton, but rather whether it is the right conductor and whether it indicates the correct direction. In fact, our teacher comrades, once a year in the college entrance examination, must always earnestly study the high exam questions. Some call this the “peep direction”. Is it right? Need not need? I think it is right and it is absolutely necessary. The problem is also not whether it should be “peeping”, but rather whether “peeping” is the basic guiding ideology about the reform of teaching reflected in the form of the topic or the question. The above understanding of the baton of the college entrance examination is a basic starting point for the examination of this year’s college entrance examination essay.
