人们经常可以看到这样的现象,我国的科技人员,不论其能力、水平如何,出国一段时间后,大多有所建树。原先水平较高者,如虎添翼、硕果累累;即使原先在国内多年未有什么成果,一旦走出国门,到发达国家学习、进修、访问、交流,不久以后亦大多取得可喜成果。究其原因,多数人认为是由于国外科学技术发达、水平较高,仪器设备梢良,手段先进,出国后可以增长见识,开阔眼界,通过学到的新技术、新方法,运用其先进的仪器设备开展研究工作,自然易于出成果。这是不容置疑的事实。然而这种看法仅是表层的,较为笼统、粗浅和局限。本文从智力和非智力因素的多个层面对此进行探索,以期抛砖引玉。 科学研究,从本质上讲就是对自然界未知领域
