一个企业设备管理基础工作水平的高低,主要看两个方面,一是设备管理的基础资料,二是设备使用、维修人员的素质。提高一个企业设备管理的水平,应当从健全和完善设备管理的基础资料和提高设备使用、维修人员素质这两方面入手。 一、健全设备管理的基础资料 设备管理的基础资料主要由设备管理的规章制度,设备原始运行数据(设计、安装、试车、检修记录)、设备的管理台帐等几大部分组成。原则上讲,建立得越全越好。然而,根据中、小型化工企业设备管理工作的特点和现状,毕竟没有大型企业那样雄厚的管理技术力量和尽善尽美的人员配备。但是适应当前管理水平的设备管理工作,至少应建立八项基础资料。 1.设备管理责任制(包括经济责任制及考核细则)。 2.设备专业管理制度:①设备维护保养
