School humane management is an old topic. Why should we repeat the old saying? We are based on the following considerations. First, the implementation and deepening of the new curriculum reform. The new curriculum aims to promote the all-round development of every student by establishing a new “school-based” curriculum and teaching system based on human development. This requires school management, especially the principal’s own management must be people-oriented, and continuously improve the level of human management. Second, the building of a harmonious campus “Harmony” is the theme of today’s society, but also the theme of our school. Harmonious campus construction, the most fundamental point is that the school humane management. People-oriented education is a humane education, is to respect personality education. Only when teachers are democratic and equal can they inspire enthusiasm and work happily. Students can burst into passion and form good intentions of reading only in a pleasant atmosphere. Third, there are many misunderstandings in the current humane management of schools. Due to the long-term “examination-oriented education” or the defect of the headmaster’s own qualities, there are still many errors in the current humane management of schools. All of these realities urgently require us to repeat the humane management, and we need to reconstruct the humane management of the school in constant reflection. Therefore, in the third and fourth issues of this issue, we publish a large number of principals contributions, and hope that through extensive discussion, we will benefit readers.
