长期以来,机车开车兑现率低下的问题始终不能得到有效解决。机车乘务员出勤后,在车站长时间等待开车,造成机车运用效率低、乘务员超劳等一系列问题。本文从研究人员业务素质、车流调整、非正常情况下行车组织等方面入手,分析了机车开车兑现率低对运输工作带来的影响和影响机车开车兑现率低下的种种原因,并从深入学习列车运行图、加强信息沟通、提高阶段计划准确性等方面,提出了提高开车兑现率的意见和建议。
For a long time, the problem of low cashing rate of locomotive driving can not be solved effectively. Locomotive attendants attendance at the station for a long time waiting to drive, resulting in low efficiency locomotives, flight attendants and a series of problems. This paper starts from the researchers’ professional qualities, traffic flow adjustment and driving organization under abnormal conditions. It analyzes the reasons that the low cashing rate of locomotive drives the transportation work and the reasons that affect the low cashing rate of locomotive driving. Operation plans, to enhance information communication, improve the accuracy of phase plan, put forward suggestions and suggestions to improve the car cash rate.
