在浸蚀多孔金属铝模板中制备小尺寸TiO2阵列材料。用电化学浸蚀方法由高纯金属铝箔制得了具有金属特性的多孔金属铝模板,此模板具有较强的耐化学腐蚀、耐热性能,并具有强的机械强度。模板的结构可由浸蚀条件控制,如电流密度、HCl和H2SO4浓度比、温度、浸蚀时间等。在此模板中用TiO2溶胶和纳米粉末组成的浆体制备了小尺寸的阵列材料,模板的孔洞结构可由TiO2阵列复型。由此得到的TiO2阵列的长径比为10~40。
A small size TiO2 array material was prepared in an etched porous aluminum template. Electrochemical etching method is used to prepare the porous metal aluminum template with the metal characteristics from the high purity metal aluminum foil. The template has strong resistance to chemical corrosion and heat, and has strong mechanical strength. The structure of the template can be controlled by etching conditions such as current density, HCl and H2SO4 concentration ratio, temperature, etching time and the like. In this template, a matrix of TiO2 sol and nanopowder was used to prepare a small size array. The pore structure of the template could be replicated by TiO2 arrays. The TiO2 array thus obtained has an aspect ratio of 10-40.
