干部档案整理是档案规范化管理的一项重要内容。当前,农发行各级行正按照中组部《关于干部人事档案工作目标管理的暂行规定》,积极开展干部档案整理工作,努力实现干部档案工作目标管理达标升级。通过对几个省、地市分行的干部档案检查,感觉到在干部档案整理工作中还有些薄弱环节,影响了达标升级工作的顺利开展。结合中组部和总行的有关文件规定,我们认为在干部档案整理工作中应重点把握好档案材料收集、鉴别、分类、技术处理、装订等五个环节。
File organization and management of cadres is an important part of the standardized management of archives. At present, all levels of the ADBC are making active efforts to organize the files of cadres in accordance with the Interim Provisions on the Management of the Objectives of the Cadres ’Personnel Dossiers in the Central Organization Department and strive to achieve the objective of upgrading the management of cadres’ archives. Through inspection of cadre files of several provincial and municipal branches, I feel that there are still some weak links in the file arrangement of cadres, which has affected the smooth progress of the compliance upgrade. In combination with the relevant documents stipulated by the Central Organization Department and the Head Office, we think that we should focus on the collection, identification, classification, technical handling and binding of archives in the consolidation of cadres’ files.
