本文报道了2种土壤及其种植的油菜内根圈中几类微生物群体数量的测定结果,提出以好气性细菌总数为参照系的比较方法,分析油菜内根同的根圈效应。油菜内根圈对芽孢杆菌(Spore-formingbacteria)和真菌(Fungus)有强烈的抑制效应,其在2种土壤的E值均小于0.15;相对于好气性细菌总数(Totalaerobacteria)而言,2种土壤中某些微生物类群的数量相差很大。内根圈芽孢细菌和放线菌(Actinomycetes)在灰潮土中的数量分别是砂姜黑土中的1.84和19.20倍。本体土壤中,好气性细菌总数、耐寒细菌(Psychrotrophicbacteria)、芽孢细菌群在灰潮土中数量分别是砂姜黑土中的47.59、14.62和31.42倍。荧光假单胞菌(Fluorecentpseudomonads)在砂姜黑土中的数量都是发潮土中的1.44倍,它不论在总数还是相对数量上都很低。
This paper reports the determination of the number of microbial populations in the rhizosphere of two kinds of soils and their planted rape, and puts forward the method of comparing the total root number of aerobic bacteria with that of the reference bacteria of aerobic bacteria. The rhizosphere of rapeseed had a strong inhibitory effect on Spore-forming bacterium and fungus (Fungus), with E values less than 0.15 in both soils. Fluorescent pseudomonads (Fluorecentpseudomonads) in Shajiang black soil are all 1.44 times that in the fluvo-aquic soil, which is low in both the total amount and the relative amount.
