头孢氨苄(Cefalexin,CEX)为第一代口服头孢类抗生素,抗菌作用强,临床疗效好,是目前国内应用最广的抗感染药物之一。其血浓度测定主要有色谱法和微生物法等。色谱法测定,快速专一,但需经提取、分离和采用专门的仪器设备,不适于基层推广应用,微生物法虽速度较慢,但准确可靠,测得的药物浓度更能反映临床用药的实际效果,仍然是主要应用的方法。本文报告用微量微生物法测定头孢氨苄的血清浓度,具有灵敏、重复性好的优点。
Cefalexin (Cefalexin, CEX) is the first oral cephalosporin antibiotic with strong antibacterial effect and good clinical curative effect. It is one of the most widely used anti-infective drugs in China at present. The blood concentration determination mainly chromatography and microbiological method. Chromatography determination, rapid specificity, but to be extracted, separated and the use of specialized equipment, is not suitable for promotion and application of grassroots, microbial law, although slower, but accurate and reliable, the measured drug concentration better reflect the actual use of clinical medicine The effect is still the main application method. This article reports the determination of cefalexin serum concentration by microbiological method, with the advantages of sensitivity and good reproducibility.
