《中国好声音》节目选拔学员采取的评价方式,其实是课堂教学中发展性评价的缩影。发展性评价的根本目的在于促进学生发展,淡化原来的甄别与选拔功能,实现自身价值。发展性评价要关注学生的学习结果,更要关注他们学习的过程;要关注学生学习的水平,更要关注他们在活动中所表现出来的情感与态度,帮助学生认识自我,建立信心。
The evaluation methods adopted by the selection of students in the program “China Good Voice” is actually a microcosm of the development evaluation in the classroom teaching. The fundamental purpose of the development evaluation is to promote student development, dilute the original screening and selection functions, and realize their own value. Developmental assessment should pay attention to students’ learning outcomes and pay more attention to their learning process. Attention should be paid to the level of students’ learning, and more attention should be paid to the emotions and attitudes they exhibit in their activities, helping students to understand themselves and build confidence.
