珩齿工艺是修整珩前齿加工误差及热处理变形的一种精加工齿轮的方法。用滚齿(或插齿)加工的齿轮精度和光洁度都不能满足机床备件的要求,经热处理后,精度更降低。珩齿不仅可以提高精度和光洁度,还能修正齿形误差、基节误差及齿向误差,并可代替磨齿工艺。能有效地提高疲劳强度、延长齿轮的使用寿命。对于高速重载、要求少噪音(或冲击振动)运转的齿轮,珩齿加工最好。并且珩齿工艺生产率高,成本低,设备简单。我厂采用内啮合珩齿工艺加工7级精度以上的单联齿轮、双联齿轮及多联齿轮的各种机床备件。
