提出了一种自激式零电压DC-DC变换 器。分析了工作原理及实现全范围软开关的参数设 计。该变换器不同于依靠变压器磁化曲线形成状态转 换的传统方式。工作频率由外部器件控制。通过设置 死区时间实现开关功率器件的零电压开通与关断,利 用该变换器研制出GTO门极驱动用电源。
A self-excited zero-voltage DC-DC converter is proposed. The working principle and parameter design of full range soft switch are analyzed. This converter is different from the traditional way of relying on the transformer magnetization curve to form a state transition. The operating frequency is controlled by external devices. By setting the dead-time switching power devices to achieve zero-voltage turn-on and turn-off, the use of the converter developed GTO gate drive power.
