一辆捷达JD125型摩托车因电气故障在某修理部检修了全车的线路,原有的故障排除了,却又出现了新的故障。其特征是,打开点火开关,用脚踏启动或使用电启动启动发动机,发动机均不能启动,检查原因时发现是点火系统没有高压火。检查点火系统中的点火开关、电子点火器、点火线圈、磁电机充电、触发绕组等零件,也未发现异常。在继续排查故障中因发现蓄电池亏电,将蓄电池取下充电。这时,使用脚启动启动发动机试火,发现点火系统有了高压火,发动机也能顺利启动,怠速运转尚好。如果将蓄电池再接入线路,发动机会马上熄火,点火系统又没有了高压火。
