In life, people always have some trouble. Some troubles come from the outside world, but more from the heart, this is the so-called “troubles ”. Once upon a time, there was a monk who had an illusion of meditation every time: a big spider was making trouble with him. He told the master about the incident. Master asked him to take a pen at the next meditation. The spider came to draw a mark on it and could not find it after the meditation was over. The monk did it, drawing a circle on the spider. After the spider left, he began to sit quietly in meditation and sat down at the end of his meditation. He opened his eyes and saw that the circle was originally painted on his belly. This shows that the world is nothing, mediocre bother.
