化学预应力混凝土在混凝土内部建立1MPa左右化学预应力,抑制裂缝形成,工程结构混凝土无裂缝,从而确保地下工程抗裂防渗。本文介绍了化学预应力混凝土在滨州学苑花园地下车库工程中的应用情况。通过缩减后浇带设置,降低施工难度,优选HCSA膨胀剂,以强度和限制膨胀率为指标,优化化学预应力混凝土配合比,控制新旧混凝土浇筑时间,加强混凝土振捣、养护及后期成品保护工作,确保了化学预应力混凝土的防水效果。
