本工作应用多晶X射线衍射方法测定了在合成ZSM-5时,不加任何有机胺或脂肪醇的南开工—放—9高温焙烧后的晶体结构,并与在合成时加乙二胺的ZSM-5高温焙烧后的晶体结构进行了对比。两种样品的晶胞参数十分相近,通道的有效几何构型十分相似,但工—放—9钠含量相对较高。对其钠离子位置的测定表明;钠离子呈“Z”字型分布在“Z”字型通道和直通道的交叉区域。我们还从结构的测定分析了阳离子对整个晶体结构的影响。
In this work, polycrystalline X-ray diffraction method was used to determine the crystal structure of Nankai-9 putted at high temperature without any organic amine or fatty alcohol in the synthesis of ZSM-5, The crystal structure of ZSM-5 after high temperature calcination was compared. The unit cell parameters of the two samples are very similar, the effective geometry of the channel is very similar, but the work-put -9 sodium content is relatively high. The determination of the sodium ion position showed that the sodium ions were distributed in the shape of “Z” at the intersection of the “Z” shaped channel and the straight channel. We also analyzed the effect of cations on the overall crystal structure from the structure determination.
