在人力资源管理越来越受重视的今天,事业单位薪酬激励机制对于吸引现代化人才、提升事业单位的竞争力,有着无可比拟的重要作用。传统的事业单位人事工资机制已经不能适应现阶段市场经济发展的要求,也制约了事业单位人力资源体系的发展,事业单位薪酬激励机制改革势在必行。文章重点分析了事业单位薪酬激励机制所存在问题,并提出了相关改善建议。
Pay more attention to human resources management in today’s institutions pay incentive mechanism for attracting modern talent, improve the competitiveness of institutions, has an incomparable important role. The traditional institutional payroll mechanism has been unable to meet the current requirements of the development of market economy, but also restricted the development of human resources system in public institutions, institutional reform of the incentive pay system is imperative. The article focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the PSO mechanism and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
