运用SeqVerter和Tandemrepeats finder软件,通过GenBank数据库查询了1 ,787条花生核酸序列,排除已报导微卫星序列后,获得了24条新的含有微卫星的花生序列。其中19条来自美国农业部Tifton实验站提交的花生未成熟荚果EST。本研究为开发多态性花生微卫星标记用于分子图谱构建提供了候选微卫星序列。
A total of 1 787 peanut nucleic acid sequences were searched using the GenBank database using SeqVerter and Tandemrepeats finder software. After eliminating the reported microsatellite sequences, 24 new microsatellite-containing peanut sequences were obtained. Nineteen of them were from peanut immature pods EST submitted by the Tifton Experimental Station of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. This study provides a candidate microsatellite sequence for the development of molecular markers for the development of polymorphic peanut microsatellite markers.
