以硫代乙酰胺、硝酸锌、桑色素为原料用液相沉淀法制备了ZnS纳米晶 /桑色素复合材料 .样品的测试结果表明 :ZnS表面原子能与桑色素形成较牢固的化学键 ,生成稳定的复合材料 .复合后ZnS纳米晶的稳定性和发光性能发生了改变 .这为进一步研究和开发ZnS纳米复合材料提供了实验依据 .
ZnS nanocrystals / morin composites were prepared by liquid-phase precipitation method using thioacetamide, zinc nitrate and morin as raw materials.The results of the samples show that the atomic energy of ZnS and morin can form stronger chemical bonds to form stable The stability and luminescent properties of ZnS nanocomposites after composite modification have changed, which provides the experimental basis for further research and development of ZnS nanocomposites.
