新一轮基础教育课程改革呼唤新的教育理念,要求教师改变传统单一的讲授式教学方式,逐步实现教学方式多元化,这给农村初中教师的教学带来了挑战。目前,我国农村初中教师教学方式转变遭遇到了来自传统文化、教师自身、新教学方式本身和教育制度四个方面的阻力。要化解这种阻力,需要构建合作文化,转变教师角色;增进认同,消解焦点;加大培训力度,提高专业素养。
A new round of basic education curriculum reform calls for a new concept of education, requiring teachers to change the traditional single teaching mode of teaching, and gradually diversify teaching methods, which brings challenges to the teaching of rural junior middle school teachers. At present, the transformation of teaching methods for junior middle school teachers in rural areas in China has encountered resistance from four aspects: traditional culture, teachers themselves, new teaching methods and education system. To resolve this resistance, we need to build a cooperative culture, change the role of teachers; enhance identity and eliminate the focus; increase training and improve professional accomplishments.
