正常动物的免疫系统存在着能合成和分泌IgM 和IgG 类天然抗体的B 细胞,这种天然抗体能主要以多反应(但也有以单反应)的方式与各种自身组织发生反应。这些抗体象自身抗体一样出现于一些病理情况下,并使用与直接针对外界抗原的抗体相同的基因元件。这些抗体可能由非突变的种系基因编码。经研究表明NAA 有多种生物学作用,具有与免疫系统有关和无关的双重特性。本文提出NAA 通过与大量的自身组织发生反应,在体内建立了一个广泛的动态网络以保证机体的自身稳定。
Normal animal immune system There are B cells that can synthesize and secrete IgM and IgG natural antibodies, which react with various self tissues mainly in multiple reactions (but also in single reactions). These antibodies appear as autoantibodies to some pathological conditions and use the same genetic elements as antibodies directed against external antigens. These antibodies may be encoded by non-mutated germline genes. Studies have shown that NAA has a variety of biological effects, with the immune system has nothing to do with the dual characteristics. This paper proposes that NAA, through its reaction with a large number of its own tissues, establishes a wide dynamic network in the body to ensure its own stability.
