目的:探讨逍遥散对愤怒小鼠脑组织中白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平影响。方法:用50只小鼠分为正常组,模型组,逍遥散高剂量组(11g/kg)、中剂量组(7g/kg)、低剂量组(3g/kg)。夹尾刺激7天后测定其智力水平,小鼠断头处死取脑组织,匀浆取上清液,用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测IL-1β,TNF-α水平变化。结果:模型组动物记忆力下降,IL-1β、TNF-α升高,使用逍遥散治疗后IL-1β、TNF-α降低。结论:逍遥散能够有效改善愤怒引起的食欲下降、学习能力降低等。同时逍遥散能够降低愤怒应激引起的脑组织中IL-1β和TNF-α的异常升高,趋于正常。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Xiaoyaosan on the levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the brain of anger mice. Methods: Fifty mice were divided into normal group, model group, Xiaoyaosan high dose group (11g / kg), middle dose group (7g / kg) and low dose group (3g / kg). The tachycardia stimulus was measured 7 days after the intelligence level, the mice were decapitated and brain tissue was taken homogenate supernatant, the changes of IL-1β, TNF-α levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The memory of model group decreased, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α increased, and the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α decreased after treatment with Xiaoyaosan. Conclusion: Xiaoyaosan can effectively reduce the anorexia caused by decreased appetite, learning ability and so on. At the same time Xiaoyao San can reduce the anger stress-induced abnormal increase of IL-1β and TNF-α in brain tissue, tends to normal.
