在如今的高职院校管理过程中,服务性管理职能正逐渐取代传统控制性管理职能,此职能的主要理念即为人本化管理。根据现代管理研究的相关研究可知,具体的管理体制正由控制性管理方式朝着服务性管理方式转变,管理的基本职能也以服务为主而并非传统的控制以及监督职能。与传统控制性管理模式相比,服务性管理模式的具体理念为人本化,人的主体地位得以突显出来,对人的基本价值给予绝对的尊重。文章主要针对人本化理念下高职院校的管理机制展开研究,分析高职院校实现人本化管理的有效方式。
In today’s management process of higher vocational colleges, the service management function is gradually replacing the traditional control management function. The main idea of this function is human-based management. According to the research of modern management, we can see that the specific management system is changing from the control management mode to the service management mode. The basic management functions are also service-oriented rather than traditional control and supervisory functions. Compared with the traditional control management mode, the specific concept of service management mode is human-oriented, the dominant position of human beings is highlighted, and absolute respect for people’s basic values is given. This article mainly studies the management mechanism of higher vocational colleges under the concept of humanism and analyzes the effective ways to realize humanistic management in higher vocational colleges.
