Objective To explore the relationship between electrocardiographic changes and prognosis in cancer patients. Methods Three of the electrocardiograms in the first half of the first half of the end of the clinical deaths of lung cancer (77), gastric cancer (30), esophageal cancer (16) and other cancers (9) of 132 patients died at heart rate, low voltage, arrhythmia, ST- The changes in T, QT, QTc, and QTd, QTcd, etc. were compared among different sex, age, pathological diagnosis, survival time, and treatment methods. Results In the 3 ECGs, the changes of heart rate and ST-T showed an increasing trend. The increase in lung cancer and death within 1 year is most pronounced. The QTd range is 15 to 110 ms; the QTcd range is 16 to 130 ms. Before the death of 2W electrocardiogram with surgery + radiotherapy + chemotherapy treatment changes the most. Conclusion Electrocardiographic changes are positively correlated with prognosis. Faster heart rate, ST-T changes, and QTcd can be used as a reference for prediction.
