通过GT800、SEM、TEM、OM等手段研究了控冷自回火温度,对屈强比小于0.8的工程机械用钢HG60的组织与性能的影响。结果表明:随着自回火温度的升高,晶粒尺寸增加、贝氏体数量减少、铁素体数量增加,导致钢材的屈服强度降低,同时M-A岛的数量增多、尺寸增大,导致抗拉强度略有升高,屈强比和冲击功(-40℃)降低。满足低屈强比HG60钢力学性能要求的自回火温度在590~620℃。
The effects of controlled cooling and tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of HG60 steel for construction machinery with yield ratio less than 0.8 were studied by means of GT800, SEM, TEM and OM. The results show that with the increase of self-tempering temperature, the grain size increases, the number of bainite decreases and the amount of ferrite increases, which leads to the decrease of the yield strength of the steel. At the same time, the number of MA islands increases and the size increases, Tensile strength slightly increased, yield strength and impact energy (-40 ℃) decreased. Self-tempering temperature of 590 ~ 620 ℃, which meets the mechanical properties of low yield ratio HG60 steel.
