为研究负压在瓦斯抽采过程中的影响,提出了负压影响因子的观点,对其进行了赋值分析,并在赋存条件相同,抽采时间不同的煤层巷道建立若干试验观测点钻孔,通过周期性调整钻孔的负压大小记录其抽采钻孔的瓦斯浓度、流量等值,进行数据分析。研究结果表明,钻孔抽采初期,负压影响系数β较低,高负压抽采对提高抽采浓度和抽采流量意义不大,抽采后期,在煤层透气性系数显著提高时,β值增大,适当提高抽采负压,可大幅度提高钻孔瓦斯流量,提高钻孔抽采的瓦斯浓度,缩短抽采周期。
