皇甫川流域系黄河中游地区一条多沙粗沙支流。据采用水保法分析计算 ,80、90年代流域水保措施年均拦蓄水量分别为 2 842 5、5 2 49 2万m3 ,年减水效率分别为 18 3 1%、3 4 87%;年均减沙量分别为 849 6、1611 5万t ,减沙效率分别为 16 63 %、3 6 5 7%。水文法计算结果是 :80、90年代实测减水分别为 490 6 0、7778 0万m3 ,其中降雨变化减少分别占 5 1 6%、40 7%;实测减沙分别为 2 0 65 7、3 5 3 1 6万t ,其中降雨变化减少分别占 3 1 0 %、46 0 %
Huangfuchuan Yellow River Basin in the middle reaches of a multi-channel coarse sand tributaries. According to the analysis of the water and soil conservation laws, the average water holding capacity of the basin water and soil conservation measures in the 1980s and 1990s were respectively 2,852,525,249 million m3 and annual water reduction efficiencies were 18.31% and 34.77% respectively. The average sediment reduction was 849 616.11 million tons and the sediment reduction efficiency was 16 63% and 36 57% respectively. The hydrological calculation results are as follows: In the 1980s and 1990s, the actual measured water losses were 490 67777800 m3, of which the decrease of rainfall was respectively 51.6% and 40.7%; the measured sediment reduction was respectively 20657.3 53,160 tons, of which the decrease of rainfall was respectively 31.0% and 46.0%
