根据游梁式抽油机四连杆机构的几何关系和运动特点,推导出任意时刻游梁摆角的数学表达式,进而求出游梁摆动的角位移、角速度和角加速度计算公式,以及悬点运动位移、速度和加速度的计算公式。以兰通产CYJ2.726B型抽油机为例进行了计算,并在0°~360°曲柄转角范围内绘制了悬点运动速度和加速度的变化曲线,从而给出了游梁式抽油机悬点运动参数计算的一种方法。该方法可用于曲柄任意方向旋转的游梁式抽油机,也适用于前置式抽油机,还可作为研究其它类型抽油机运动规律时参考。
