同课异构是一种有效的教研活动形式,它能较好地比较教师在教学观念、教材处理、教法选择等方面的差异以及由此带来的教学效果的不同,促使教师对课堂教学作“减负增效”的思考。本文以刘、陈二位教师“交流电是怎样产生的”同课异构课为例,从教学情境、教师关注、学生体验、学生提问及过程评价、无效行为等侧面,对教师的教学行为进行分析和评价,以期通过比较分析,引发教师对“如何让物理课堂教学更为有效”“如何减掉学生不必要的负担”等问题的思考。
