Japan’s famous track and field coach, physiologist Kim Won-yong, Professor has been through several experiments concluded that: "Long-distance projects are in need of aerobic endurance, which is related to the development of breathing, circulatory organs related to the well-developed breathing and circulatory organs, almost And body size, muscle development has nothing to do. We know that long-distance runners develop only the endurance capacity of the body, while neglecting cardio-pulmonary training is hard to be a good athlete. During many years of practice, I observed many good examples of cardiopulmonary function in swimmers and learned that swimming is a good exercise to promote the development of visceral function. As a result, I spent a lot of time in the training of young people in long-distance running, arranging a certain proportion of large amount of exercise slow swimming and short-distance intensive training of fast swimming in order to promote the development of cardiovascular fitness.
