文化是一个民族的根、一个城市的魂。目前盘锦市经济已进入快速发展的关键时期,但是文化建设还相对滞后。如何坚持科学发展,加快推进群众文化建设步伐,是摆在我们面前的重要课题。鉴于此,本文笔者结合自己的工作经验,对加强群众文化建设的重要性和紧迫性进行了分析,并在此基础上,主要从重视文化专业人才的引进和培养,建立一支高素质的群众文化队伍;多渠道筹措,加大资金投入;推进群众文化的阵地建设,在深化提高上下功夫;“迎进来”与“种下去”相结合,做好群众文化指导服务工作;坚持形式多样,注重开展和组织群众性文化活动五方面就如何加强群众文化建设探究一二,以期促进群众文化事业大发展、大繁荣。
