二苯卡巴肼法测定铬,因方法灵敏而且选择性较高,所以至今仍继续使用。对于水中痕量铬的测定我国的“水质分析法”及美国的“标准方法”均推荐此法。但方法仍存在三个缺点有待改进:①二苯卡巴肼溶液不稳定,虽在冰箱中保存,一星期左右亦明显变质,不能再使用。②氯离子浓度较高时,方法的重现性不好,一般结果偏低。③方法需加热与过滤,手续麻烦。
Diphenylcarbazide method for the determination of chromium, due to the method of sensitive and high selectivity, so still continue to use. For the determination of trace chromium in water China’s “Water Quality Analysis” and the United States “standard method” are recommended this method. However, the method still has three disadvantages to be improved: ① diphenylcarbazide solution is unstable, although stored in the refrigerator, about a week also significantly deteriorated, can no longer be used. ② high chloride ion concentration, the reproducibility of the method is not good, the general result is low. ③ methods need to heat and filter, procedures, trouble.
