本文采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),Shim -pack CLC-ODS柱,甲醇-水(40∶60)流动相,在248 nm 波长处测定中成药金水清中蜕皮甾酮的含量。在0.5~1000μg/m L范围呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9998;方法的检出限为0.108 m m ol·L- 1(S/N=3),RSD为0.66% (n= 7, C= 10.0 μg/m L)。采用活性氧化铝柱预分离,以除去主要干扰组分的影响。方法简便,重现性好,用于实际样品分析,分析结果满意。
In this paper, RP-HPLC, Shim-pack CLC-ODS column, and methanol-water (40:60) mobile phase were used to determine the content of ecdysterone in Chinese traditional medicine Jinshuiqing at the wavelength of 248 nm. . The linear relationship was in the range of 0.5-1000 μg/m L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The detection limit of the method was 0.108 m m ol·L-1 (S/N=3) and the RSD was 0.66. % (n=7, C=10.0 μg/m L). Pre-separation was performed using an activated alumina column to remove the effects of major interfering components. The method is simple, reproducible, and used for actual sample analysis. The analysis result is satisfactory.
