目的:调查分析重症监护室患者家属需求,总结管理对策。方法:选择2015年5月~2016年4月在医院接受治疗的210例心血管科重症监护室患者家属为研究对象,采用需求量表进行调查,并据此进行干预,最后通过满意度问卷评价效果。结果:对病情保证、获取信息和亲近患者的需求最高。干预前患者家属对健康教育、服务态度、医疗护理质量的满意度分别为81.92%、85.71%和82.60%,干预后分别为92.34%、100.00%和100.00%(P<0.05)。结论:明确重症监护室患者家属需求,采用针对性干预对策,可显著提高患者家属对健康教育、服务态度、医疗护理质量的满意度,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the needs of the families of patients in ICU and to summarize the management strategies. Methods: A total of 210 family members of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit who were treated in the hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research subjects, and were surveyed according to the demand scale and intervened accordingly. At last, the questionnaire was evaluated by satisfaction effect. Outcome: The need for assurance, access to information and access to patients is highest. Family members’ satisfaction with health education, service attitude and quality of medical care were 81.92%, 85.71% and 82.60% respectively before intervention, and were 92.34%, 100.00% and 100.00% respectively after intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion: Determine the needs of family members of intensive care unit patients, using targeted intervention strategies, can significantly improve the satisfaction of family members on health education, attitude, quality of medical care and reduce medical disputes.
