在疲劳裂纹扩展试验中,疲劳裂纹长度的测读是试验工作的重要组成部分。为了迅速、准确地测量扩展中的裂纹长度,本文推荐一种测算试件裂纹长度的改进电位法.由于该法不需作标定曲线,故比传统的电位法简便。在疲劳裂纹扩展试验过程中,依次记录一系列与某些循环次数对应的、试件裂纹两侧的电压值。在试验结束时,用读数显微镜测读最后一个裂纹长度值.将此值与相应的电压值一并代入公式,算出公式中的系数.此后,将所测得的一系列电压值代入该公式,就可以得出一系列相应的裂纹长度 a 值来.
In the fatigue crack growth test, reading the fatigue crack length is an important part of the experimental work. In order to quickly and accurately measure the crack length in the expansion, we propose an improved potential method to measure the crack length of the specimen, which is easier than the traditional potential method because it does not need calibration curve.
