近几年,我国房地产建设不断发展,国家宏观调控也不断加大力度,房地产行业竞争也越来越激烈。如何在激烈的竞争中生存下来,是一个摆在房地产企业面前重要的问题。除了提高建设工程的质量、业主满意度和社会对企业的认可外,房地产企业开发建设过程中对成本的控制与管理也是非常重要的。本文结合笔者工作经验,并对房地产项目开发建设过程中各个阶段对于成本如何进行控制与管理方法进行阐述。
In recent years, China’s real estate construction continues to develop, the state macroeconomic regulation and control also continue to intensify efforts, real estate industry competition is more and more fierce. How to survive in the fierce competition is an important issue for real estate enterprises. In addition to improving the quality of construction projects, satisfaction of owners and recognition of enterprises by the society, it is also important to control and manage costs in the development and construction of real estate enterprises. This article combines the author’s work experience, and describes how to control and manage the cost in each stage of the real estate project development and construction process.
